Advanced Sequencing for Yoga Teachers

 November 24, 2019   11.30am - 5.30pm  with Dawn Wright

“catapult your teaching to the next level, and create classes that excite your students!”

About the Event

Ask a student what they enjoy most about a class and the reply is often ‘the flow was perfect’. Although, as teachers, we know this, we often get stuck in a rut, sticking firmly to our comfort zone and teaching what feels familiar.

This workshop is designed to give teachers the tools to deliver inspiring, progressive and well thought out classes. It will explore clear biomechanics and intelligent sequencing enabling teachers to build their personal practice and learn how to teach more advanced poses. You’ll learn exciting and challenging new techniques that will revolutionise the way you teach. You’ll gain confidence to teach in safe and empowering ways, nurturing your students’ spirit of discovery.

What to Expect

Through group teaching, observation and discussion, this workshop equips you with the knowledge, sequencing and teaching skills to expand your own practice and keep your students safe.

Who’s it for?

Yoga teachers – qualified or in training – from any tradition who want to learn and grow as a teacher so they can serve their students wholeheartedly. This workshop earns 6 CPD points.
