An invitation to slowly emerge from the dormancy of mid-winter through gentle movement, meditation, enquiry and deep rest.
In February we find ourselves hovering between two worlds – one part deeply rooted in the rest of winter and the other looking ahead to brighter spring days. This candlelit workshop offers the space to straddle these two worlds – a space to rest as much as you feel and move as much as you need.

Who’s it For?
Well Woman Yoga is especially helpful for those experiencing Stress, Burnout & Exhaustion, Menstrual Cycle Challenges, Fertility Difficulties, Post-natal emotional or psychological changes, Perimenopause or Post-menopausal symptoms.
All levels of yoga experience welcome – including beginners. Open to all ages, life stages and cycle phases.

Explorations of the Feminine are inherently inclusive and as such these circles are open to all who identify as women including trans, non-binary or any other expression or identification of femininity. These circles value diversity of expression, experience and perspectives.

Carly is a regular on our weekly timetable, you may have already attended one of her Yoga or Deep Relaxation classes! She ‘found’ yoga at the age of 17 and went on to complete her training at Whitespace Studio in 2016. In addition, she has completed the Well Woman Yoga Therapy course with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in 2017. She continues to deliver her unique style of teaching, and passion to promote a culture of inner listening and self-enquiry to students.
