Blue Monday is rumoured to be the gloomiest day of 2020. To help you beat the blues, we’re offering a FREE yoga class to anyone who’s always wanted to give it a go – to help lift your spirits!
Yoga has a ridiculous amount of brain and body benefits – it boosts those happy mood chemicals, reduces stress and alleviates anxiety. The perfect way to show Blue Monday who’s boss!
What to Expect
Our amazing teacher will guide you through a beginner’s practice, demonstrating how to connect movement with the rhythm of your breath. There’s no pressure to try and keep up and no need to worry about touching your toes and we’ll even provide the yoga mat. Expect to stretch, breathe, smile and finish feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Our wellness team will be on hand if you have any questions about making yoga a regular practice.
Who’s it For?
This event is for complete beginners. If you’ve thought about trying yoga, this is the perfect opportunity to experience your first class in our beautiful light-filled studios. The class is designed for someone trying yoga for the first time – you will not be required to stand on your head, chant or wear Lycra yoga pants.
