Blue Monday is rumoured to be the gloomiest day of 2020. To help you beat the blues, we’re offering a FREE meditation class to anyone who’s always wanted to give it a go – great for reducing gloominess!

Meditation has a ridiculous amount of benefits – reduces stress, controls anxiety, enhances self-awareness and promotes excellent emotional health. The perfect way to show Blue Monday who’s boss!

What to Expect
Our amazing teacher will guide you through a beginner’s meditation practice, demonstrating how the power of thought can cultivate more peace, clarity and happiness. There’s no pressure to ‘shut off your mind’ and be calm – monkey minds are welcome! Expect to breathe, smile and finish feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed. Our wellness team will be on hand if you have any questions about making meditation a regular practice.

Who’s it For?
This event is for complete beginners. The class is designed for someone trying meditation for the first time – especially beneficial to those who feel stressed, anxious or the need to relax. No prior experience is required!
