About the Event
Join our fabulous teachers and welcoming staff on Sunday 30th September, when we’ll be opening our doors and offering you the opportunity to try yoga or pilates for the first time. After our amazing teacher has led you through a short gentle practice, our Wellness team will be on hand to advise, guiding you through the next steps towards making yoga and pilates a regular practice.
It’s an amazing opportunity for YOU to try out our brilliant yoga and pilates classes and experience the warm welcome from our Wellness Advisors.
Who’s it for?
No previous yoga or pilates experience is required!
These are introductory classes specially designed for someone trying yoga or pilates for the first time. For brand new clients only.

Beginner’s Yoga Taster
12.45pm – 2.15pm – no spaces left
Beginner’s Pilates Taster
£10 for the introductory class and advise from our Wellness Advisors. Complimentary mats are also provided on the day, so come along, roll out a mat and enjoy a class!
Places are limited and can be pre-booked – available on a first-come first-served basis. A limited number of ‘drop-in’ places will be available on the day. We offer 1 Class per person, although more may be possible, subject to availability.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your class starts to check-in, find a space and prepare yourself for class.
