About the Event
Join Ali for this 4-week exploration of Deep Relaxation using the practice of iRest Yoga Nidra. During this course, you will learn a deceptively simple set of practices for enhancing health and well-being, and awakening at all levels of our body, mind and spirit.
iRest Yoga Nidra is a transformative state of deep relaxation, where the entire practice is taken lying down. You will be guided into a conscious yet deep sleep where you can access, and learn from your inner awareness. You will experience a meditative state without having formally ‘meditated’. It’s a modern-day adaptation of mindfulness meditation that provides you with tools to help you relax deeply and release stress, and nourish qualities such as joy, peacefulness and loving-kindness toward yourself and others.
Who’s it for?
This course is totally inclusive and suitable for everyone and everybody, whether you have difficulty relaxing or sleeping, or simply wish to go deeper into a mind-body experience.

Ali Dyer is an experienced Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher. She has been teaching for 10 years and has trained with the Integrative Restoration Institute (IRI). She holds regular classes and workshops and is dedicated to facilitating the teachings of this deeply transformative practice.
