Join our friendly teachers and welcoming staff at our Beginner’s Taster Day in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes on Sunday 30 September for an introduction to yoga or pilates. Created for complete newbies this the perfect starting block to fully understand how practising yoga or pilates can benefit your health, wellbeing and fitness.
There are 4 pre-bookable classes throughout the day, costing only £10 each. Each class will begin with a 15-minute introduction from our trained teachers, a 45-minute class covering beginner basics, and a wellbeing consultation where our experienced wellbeing advisors will help you find the right classes to resonate with your goals. Beginner’s taster sessions are for brand new clients only.
