The Staying Mindful Practice Group sessions take place in our beautiful candle lit studio where students can connect with fellow minds and unwind at the end of their working week.
Beginning the session with a short grounding practice, students will then be guided through a discussion where they can share thoughts on Mindfulness themed topics. The teacher will then introduce the theme for the session and guide students through a gentle practice including movement, seated and reclining postures.
The activities in this session, combined with monthly themes including gratitude, self-compassion, forgiveness, the power of nature, self-awareness and taking in the good, all support the development of your ongoing Mindfulness practice.
You’ll leave this monthly session refreshed and recharged for the weekend!
