To do that, we keep you informed of classes and events we think you’ll be interested in, based on information you’ve provided to us about your wellbeing goals and preferences.

How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.  Data security is very important to Us, and to protect your data, We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected and only Use a reputable hosting company, with all files encrypted and/or password protected.

We do not store your credit card information, number, expiry date or CVV security code on our servers. To ensure optimal security, we use a third party (Mindbody Online) for all credit card billing. Mindbody uses a PCI-DSS compliant SSL platform, secured by encryption and authentication. We take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your personal data.

Do We Share Your Data?

We work with third-party affiliates to supply services (including MindBody, Brandbot, Zoom, Txt Local, Google and other plugins required to run the functionality of our site and business). In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights. We may compile statistics about the use of our site including data on traffic, usage patterns, user numbers, sales, and other information. All such data will be anonymised and will not include any personally identifying data, or any anonymised data that can be combined with other data and used to identify you.

In-studio livestreamed classes and workshops

To provide flexibility for all our students, from August 2020 we will provide a selection of our in-studio classes and workshops via live stream. Full details of each class and workshop that will be livestreamed are detailed clearly on our website and app at time of booking. We will use Zoom for all livestreamed classes and workshops, and the unique link will only be shared with booked students. The camera is located in a place where participants will not be in view. If there is a possibility a student may be in view; we will advise and request permission prior to the class or workshop commencing. Please note, we do not control the activities of such third parties, nor the data they collect and use, and advise you to check the privacy policies of any such third parties.

Your contact details may also be passed on to a teacher provide a service to you. This will be used for the sole purpose of supporting the delivery of an arranged class, event or training. Once the session(s) is completed, the data will be destroyed safely and not used for any other purpose, including but not exclusive to marketing.”

We reserve the right to transfer information (including your personal data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Whitespace Yoga Ltd provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Statement and provided that the third party only uses your personal data for the purposes that you provided it to us.
