My style and approach to teaching yoga
I teach several different styles of yoga at the studio – aiming to provide something for everyone regardless of age, fitness, experience or personal preference. My approach is nurturing and supportive, giving students both the space and support to explore their own yoga practice, with a strong emphasis on the link of breath and movement. Expect to feel both energised and relaxed – and to have some fun.
My experience and training so far
I have been teaching since 2003 and hold a BWY Diploma and Yoga Alliance Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT). I have also undergone specialist teacher training in Vinyasa Flow and Pregnancy yoga. I continue my training by regularly studying with some of Yoga’s most respected teachers from all over the world.
Known for a supportive, practical and informative approach to training and provide Teacher Training across the spectrum, from Foundation Courses for new teachers to qualified yoga teachers who want to expand their knowledge and skills. My journey with Yin Yoga started many years ago and I studied extensively with internationally renowned teachers in this area including Sarah Powers, and has since trained hundreds of teachers around the UK in Teaching Yin Yoga.
