November 2018, Mindfulness Course

Supported by scientific research from the University of Oxford, and recommended by NICE and the Mental Health Foundation, Mindfulness has been shown to prevent recurrent episodes of depression, anxiety, insomnia and low self esteem, increase energy, and alleviate chronic pain for many sufferers around the world.

After a short while we can:

  • learn to cope better with the every day pressures we’re under;
  • recognise the thoughts and judgements we make, often subconsciously, that generate more stress;
  • find balance and a sense of calm.
  • effectively deal with chronic illness and pain
