Membership Suspension Form (12 month memberships only)

If you would like to suspend your monthly Auto-Pay Membership payments, please complete the request form below.

As per membership terms and conditions:

  • Suspension requests must be in writing and with 20 days’ notice prior to the suspension start date, and will be confirmed in writing. Please note we cannot back date the suspension request, or process your request on the same day.
  • As a monthly Auto-Pay Member, you are welcome to suspend your membership for a period of 30 days (but not a lesser period) in any 12-month period. Your membership will be extended to allow for the suspension period. Holds requested for medical reasons may exceed 30 days when accompanied by a doctor’s note.
  • There are no suspensions, extensions or transfers for Class Passes or Discounted Upfront Memberships.
  • Date Format: DD slash MM slash YYYY

Once you submit this form, you will receive an email to confirm the form has been received. If for any reason you don’t receive this, please contact the studio immediately as it may mean the form has not been submitted. Check your Spam folder too, just in case!
