Our awesome timetable below includes class styles suitable for folks of all abilities. Come and explore in a relaxed and friendly environment – a great, healthy way to share time with friends and like-minded people. All classes are drop-in (except courses and workshops) and available on a first come first served basis – so no need to prebook, just complete our Health & Wellbeing Form prior to attending your first drop-in class, then just turn up, roll out your mat and enjoy!
Using our optional pre-booking?
- Book or cancel your classes online or using our app ONLY.
- Book between 7 days to 1 hour before class starts.
- Cancel your class up to 3 hours before class starts.
- Pre-booked students must arrive at least 5 minutes before class.
- No-shows or late cancellations are still automatically charged.

You can either pay as you go, or pay MUCH less by buying groups of classes (10 class pass, Monthly Membership or our Way of Life Unlimited Membership) – ideal for those that would like to commit to results. See our prices for more information.
