Our awesome timetable below includes class styles suitable for folks of all abilities. Come and explore in a relaxed and friendly environment – a great, healthy way to share time with friends and like-minded people. All classes are drop-in (except courses and workshops) and available on a first come first served basis – so no need to prebook, just complete our Health & Wellbeing Form prior to attending your first drop-in class, then just turn up, roll out your mat and enjoy!
You can either pay as you go, or pay less by buying groups of classes (5, 10, Unlimited or Way of Life Membership) – ideal for those that would like to commit to results. See our prices for more information.
