Our awesome timetable below includes class styles suitable for folks of all abilities. Come and explore in a relaxed and friendly environment – a great, healthy way to share time with friends and like-minded people. All classes are drop-in (except courses and workshops) and available on a first come first served basis – so no need to prebook, just complete our Health & Wellbeing Form prior to attending your first drop-in class, then just turn up, roll out your mat and enjoy!

Using our optional pre-booking?
  • Book or cancel your classes online or using our app ONLY.
  • Book between 7 days to 1 hour before class starts.
  • Cancel your class up to 3 hours before class starts.
  • Pre-booked students must arrive at least 5 minutes before class.
  • No-shows or late cancellations are still automatically charged.
