Taking your first step onto the yoga mat is an exciting new beginning.  Building a solid foundation is the most important part of your yoga practice and we believe the only way to start yoga is with the highest standard of teacher in the best environment.

In our 4 week beginners yoga course, you will be introduced to some of the fundamental yoga poses concentrating on healthy alignment and establishing a deeper awareness of your breathing. Instruction in meditation and relaxation techniques will also be given. Some of the many benefits of yoga include: improvement in posture and breathing, increased tone, strength and flexibility, a greater ability to cope with stress and a feeling of calm. The practice builds week by week, providing a solid foundation and inspiring you for any of Whitespace yoga’s Mixed and Level 1-2 classes.

Our 4 week beginners yoga course is ideal for those who prefer time to practice in between each session. Or our Weekend 1 Day Courses are perfect for those who are short of time and full of enthusiasm.
