Join Dawn for a full day workshop designed for teachers who are interested in exploring Yin Yoga at a deeper level. The practice and teaching of yin yoga requires us to refine certain teaching skills, and develop new ones as the approach and emphasis of Yin yoga can feel very different from a Hatha or Flow based traditions. This introductory workshop will consist of a full practical Yin session, and lots of discussion around the practical aspects of teaching this style of yoga, with small group exercises and Q&A sessions. Perfect for teachers who want to add a few new skills to their teaching and especially those considering further training in this style of yoga.
