Gong meditation is a simple technique of influencing the body, soul and mind that helps us raise our own awareness of ourselves, of our needs, hopes and expectations. This technique brings us one step further to accomplishing harmony, energy balance, and spiritual uplifting. The meditation gongs have been uniquely designed and crafted to produce a healing effect upon the body and mind. The whole experience is very rewarding and can perfectly complement not only yoga or physical exercise practices, but is influential and helpful enough on its own.
Who’s it for?
The workshop is open to everyone, whether you practice yoga or not.
– Pregnancy (not recommended under 3 months, due to unstable nature of any pregnancy during this first trimester)
– Tinnitus/Menieres/Epilepsy – any condition which is ‘sound sensitive’ or could be triggered by sound. You are still welcome to join the session, just be aware that some sensation may occur.
– Metal Implants/pins/screws/pacemaker etc (can resonate the metal and also change rhythm of pacemaker)
– Mental Health condition

Kanti discovered her passion for sound through her Yoga Teacher training 12 years ago. She trained with Simon Heather – founder of The College of Sound Healing – and this exploration opened many doors into the world of Sound Healing/Therapy. She was introduced to Gongs, and the rest as they say, ‘is history’! She has completed several in-depth Gong Master trainings with the legendary Don Conreaux and the Gongs continue to teach and inspire her every time she plays them.
