New Year Urban Retreat – FULLY BOOKED

 January 6, 2018   10.30am - 5.00pm  with Deborah Berryman & Dawn Wright

New Year Urban RetreatThe transition from one year to the next offers a perfect time to remember, reflect and consciously usher in a new year. Join Deborah and Dawn for this transformational New Year Urban Retreat and delicious day of nourishing mind, body and spirit.

From beginning to end, this deeply, nurturing day is designed to help you slow things down, get clear about your intentions, hopes and dreams, and know you have everything you need to make bold moves towards a life that is more fulfilling. We’ll use meditation, journaling and a juicy ‘detoxing’ flow to help release toxins from the body, as well as toxic thoughts, beliefs and even relationships that we no longer wish to carry.

After a yummy lunch, we’ll gently transition inward – wrapping ourselves up in warm blankets and diving deeper into Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra; letting our new intentions sink into our nervous system, while enjoying some deep and nourishing rest.

By the end, you’ll feel clear, cleansed and energised, ready to step into the 2018 YOU want. Allow yourself this time and space just for you, and leave feeling A-mazing!

Who’s it for?
suitable for all levels except from complete beginners. Perfect for yoga returners looking to rekindle their yoga love.

Deborah is known for her infectious passion for yoga & meditation, and its application in our lives today. Her teaching is friendly and down to earth, accessible to people from all walks of life. Drawing on nearly 20yrs as a student and over 10yrs of teaching, she’s on a personal mission to share the benefits of delving into the practice; not to change us, but to change the way we see ourselves and others.

Dawn has been practicing yoga for 24 years and teaching for 14 years.   Dawn has gained teaching diplomas from the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance (in Vinyasa Flow Yoga) and also studied yoga in India, in order to keep the historic lineage of yoga alive and an authenticity to teaching and practice.   Dawn believes that the joy of yoga is that there is a style of yoga out there for everyone.
