Moving in to Stillness – A Slow and Quiet Journey Inwards

StillnessJoin Ali for this gentle and mindful session, where we will explore different techniques to fully revive and restore us. When we dig deep and practice yoga from the intellect of the body, mind and heart we discover a place that is still yet vibrant and quiet yet pulsating with energy – a presence that is open and aware.

In this 3-hour immersion we will slowly move towards the inner sanctuary of stillness by exploring gentle, somatic movement, along with pranayama (breathing exercises), mudra (hand gestures), meditation and finishing with a deep Yoga Nidra. This inner sanctuary is the home ground for healing, health and wellbeing – the perfect calm before Christmas.

This course is suitable for everyone, perfect for anyone who wants to relax, or simply wishes to go deeper in to a mind body experience.

Ali Dyer is an experienced Yoga Nidra and Meditation teacher. She has been teaching for 10 years and has trained with the Integrative Restoration Institute (IRI). She holds regular classes and workshops and is dedicated to facilitating the teachings of this deeply transformative practice.
