Dynamic Flow Yoga is an energising and strengthening session that will increase stamina, designed so that everyone discovers the potential to step out of their comfort zone and find their real inner strength.
Dynamic Flow Yoga classes will also give your heart a workout and leave you feeling refreshed, energised and relaxed.
Ideal for all participants, a mixed level class so great for everyone, except beginners.

About the Teacher
Sarah first explored yoga in 2009 in an effort to manage an unhealthy lifestyle. As her endeavor evolved into an integrated practice of body, mind and soul – she then discovered yoga was more than just poses. Immersing herself on a journey of recovery and healing, Sarah found herself on the road to share the gift with others and became a qualified teacher in 2012. As her study and journey continues into the multi-dimensional facets of science, spirituality and the power of yoga – she remains grateful and humble to all her teachers and students who have inspired and taught her along the way. Sarah guides upbeat musical classes offering a blend of several different expressions of asana – focusing around combining breath and movement as a dance of grace, strength, balance and softness.
