Establishing a Home Practice is a rite of passage for yoga practitioners. It’s the point at which you really learn to move at your own pace, listen and respond to your body, and develop greater consistency and frequency in your yoga practice. It can also be tailored to fit into our busy lives. But knowing where to start can be overwhelming until you’re comfortable with which poses to choose and how to put them together.
In this workshop, we’ll help you build the essentials of creating a home yoga practice, offer guidelines of where to start, and some expert guidance to get you on your way confidently. We’ll discuss and practice some useful tips including choosing yoga postures, sequencing and breathing techniques, and how to adapt to suit your level of fitness, experience, needs and interests.
This is an enjoyable and fun afternoon session, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions answered.
