As teachers, we can often be in “giving “ mode, constantly helping people learn and experience yoga. In order to have energetic balance, it’s important that we’re regularly in the mode of “student,” learning from someone else and being in that mode of uncertainty, openness and growth.
It’s fun to be the centre of attention. And in our personality tailored 1-to-1 Teacher Mentoring sessions you will get time to be a student, be curious and ask questions without any distractions. Yoga was originally passed down directly from master teacher who one-on-one to individualise a teachings for each student based on their goals.
These sessions can help you to work through skill gaps, areas of teaching in which you would like feedback, sequencing and so on. Sessions are friendly and supportive and, as well as offering you information, guidance and resources, helping to build confidence in your teaching.
Having a teaching mentor is an important part of your development as a yoga teacher. Regardless of how long you’ve been teaching, it’s critical to have a teacher from whom you can learn and grow.

Working with someone you admire can inspire you to new levels of teaching and connecting with students and other teachers. Having a mentor is part of being a well-rounded teacher. Open your mind and heart and be inspired by someone so you can tap into your own strengths and share your gifts as a teacher with confidence and clarity.
Sessions can be booked with teachers for 30 or 60mins. The investment is £30 for 30 minutes and £48 for 60 minutes. All sessions are held at our spacious and light studios, set in a peaceful and tranquil court yard – the perfect place for you to come and enjoy yoga.
