Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Content + Structure
This 50hr Restorative Yoga Teaching Immersion creates space for exploration and study. Deborah will share her experience and the tools of the practice, exploring how to relax and rest deeply. Each day will include Restorative Practice as well as Meditation and Self-reflection. You will be required to have your own daily practice during the course as well as journaling.
The entire Restorative Yoga Teacher Training course is taught by Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher, Deborah Berryman.
