Yoga was originally passed down directly from master teachers who worked one-on-one to individualise a practice for each student based on their health, body type and lifestyle. Gather your friends together and build your own Yoga Team! We will provide you with one of our expert teachers and ambiance to build your very own yoga class….bringing our great class direct to you.

These classes allow you to explore and deepen your practice in a relaxed and friendly environment, at a time and location of your own convenience. Practicing in a small group ensures personalised and developmental yoga classes with lots of individual attention and assistance from your teacher.

A great, healthy way to share time with friends. We just ask that you have enough space to all lie- down and stretch comfortably….helping you move the sofa or desk back is not a problem!
