About Dawn

The entire training is led by Yoga Alliance Professionals Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) Dawn Wright who is also one of our principle teachers for the Advanced Yoga & Teacher Training Programme. Her approach is nurturing and supportive, giving students the space to explore their own yoga practice and to safely, informatively and creatively expand their teaching.   Dawn is a mother of 3 children and found yoga to be a powerful tool to her physical and mental well-being both pre and post-natally. She is passionate about sharing practices which support women during this special time, teaches weekly pre-natal classes and runs Birthing Preparation workshops. She has been teaching pregnancy yoga for many years and trained with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli.
