Ashtanga Primary Series - dates for the diary

Main Content Inline Smallduring these monthly sessions, we'll practice the Ashtanga primary series - a powerful series of postures considered to be the most athletic and physically demanding form of yoga. We'll be working at varying rates - combining led + self-practice depending on the class, aiming to teach students the correct traditional method.

Saturday 31 Mar: 11.30am - 1.30pm
Saturday 19 May: 11.30am - 1.30pm
Saturday 30 Jun:  11.30am - 1.30pm

Classes Passes are valid or you can pay as you go! Best suited to people with a reasonable level of fitness, although of course one of it’s main benefits is in building fitness quickly and it's great for weight loss too!  Facebook Like Button
