we've added even more classes for you to enjoy:
- Power Yoga: sometimes difficult, always fun, this is a class for those interested in a more vigorous and energising practice.
Wednesday 8pm and Saturday 11.30am
- Pregnancy Yoga: by popular demand we've added a new course day & time
Thursday 7pm
- Revive & Restore Yoga: a perfect class for the end of the week, combining a gentle asana practice with restorative poses to de-stress - Friday 9.30am
We've also made a few changes
- Mummy & Baby: now available on a drop-in basis! These classes are a great way to regain your strength and energy, and connect with your little one - Wednesday 10.30am
- Tai Chi: drop-in class has been cancelled. We will look to add this to the timetable again in the near future.
