The whitespace yoga & wellbeing studio is a hidden gem tucked away in one of the beautiful, character buildings in St Paul's Court. As soon as you walk through the front door, the light pretty studio with its huge windows and beautiful décor has an immediate calming influence on the mind and provides the perfect environment to practice yoga in.
It is far removed from the frenetic style gym environment, yet it is upbeat and quirky, appealing to all ages and lifestyles. With spacious and light studios, set in a peaceful and tranquil court yard, it is the perfect place for you to come and enjoy yoga. Conveniently located on the Stony Stratford High St and easily accessible from the A5, we have plenty of FREE parking and are convenient to all public transportation.

Offering yoga, meditation, tai chi and pilates, all under one roof, we’re very excited about bringing together activities that boost health, vitality, fitness and wellbeing, whilst increasing focus and a sense of calm and positivity. There is a small changing area, a space to relax and we also provide props, so really all you need to do is to come along and enjoy a little bit of calm.
