These classes allow you to explore and deepen your practice in a relaxed and friendly environment, at a time and location of your own convenience. Practicing in a small group ensures personalised and developmental yoga classes with lots of individual attention and assistance from your teacher.

A great, healthy way to share time with friends. We just ask that you have enough space to all lie- down and stretch comfortably....helping you move the sofa or desk back is not a problem!
