At Whitespace, we don't subscribe to any one "way" or system for meditation and other forms of consciousness development. Instead, we simply hold the space for those who seek to find a way for themselves.

We feel that meditation and other forms of internal reflection help reconnect you to the core of your Being - your True Self who is fully aligned with greater wisdom and power.

These practices help you become aware of how your thoughts, actions and feelings create your reality and show you how to redirect them to foster a more positive life experience. Doing such "inner work" gives you the courage to live your Truth and make conscious choices based on your Highest Self.

Meditation is part of the path of yoga. Meditation encourages us to carefully observe and investigate transience -- a moment-by-moment, sober witnessing of change, right down to the fleeting encounter with each passing breath. By simply listening to the ongoing rhythm of our breathing, we develop an intimacy with the ever-changing nuances of the breath. What's so important about this? This sort of intimacy can be extended outward into the world as an acknowledgment of perpetual change with everything, everywhere, all the time. Ultimately, meditation can help us be more fluid in the midst of change, and this fluency leads, in time, to greater ease and acceptance.
