Whitespace yoga & wellbeing studio was created with the intention of providing a space for people to experience and grow through yoga and other mind-body practices, in a safe, friendly and non-judgmental environment - regardless of age, size, gender, fitness, diet and lifestyle. Our on-going aim is to help you to a happier, healthier lifestyle, with classes and workshops to suit every-body.
We believe yoga is accessible to everyone, adapting itself to the needs and abilities of each student, never the student to yoga. A holistic discipline, yoga takes into account all levels of the individual. Much more than postures, it is about physical but also mental and emotional health. Learn more about yoga here.
We are especially proud of our Beginner classes - for yoga and pilates, designed specifically for new students and led by friendly instructors trained to help you get the most out of every class. We encourage students to commit to a minimum of 6 weeks and invest in a course or Class Pass. This allows you to really experience the benefits of yoga AND saves you money too!
