Dawn Wright - Yoga Teacher

Dawn has been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaching for 7 years. What started out as a hobby has led to a passion for the practice of yoga both on and off the mat, bringing with it a feeling of being grounded and coming home. She holds full teaching diplomas from the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance (in Vinyasa Flow Yoga). She has also studied yoga in India, in order to keep the historic lineage of yoga alive and an authenticity to her teaching and practice.
Her teaching is inspired by the many different styles of yoga she has studied, with an emphasis on the importance of the link between breath and movement, and safe alignment. Students are able to work at a level that is right for them, through the use of hands-on assists, modifications, and variations of postures. Dawn teaches Hatha yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Mummy and Baby Yoga and Children’s Yoga.
Dawn believes that the joy of yoga is that there is a style of yoga out there for everyone, and that the benefits of yoga extend way beyond the mat into every area of your life, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Dawn lives in Rural Northamtonshire with her husband and 3 children.
