Brigitte Rooney - Yoga Teacher



Brigitte has been practising and studying yoga for 24 years and teaching for 8 years. Practicing hatha yoga, Astanga yoga and heavily influenced by Shiva Rea’s Vinyasa Prana Flow yoga, she discovered Anusara in 2004 which had a transformational effect on her life, attitude and most of all her 'yoga'.

She is a passionate teacher of Anusara yoga and Vinyasa flow, vinyasa meaning to link movement with breath culminating in heating and cleansing the body internally.  Her practice also incorporates restoratives, therapeutics, pranayama (breath control), mudras, deep relaxation, yoga nidra (guided meditation) and seated meditation.
