Volunteer Frontdesk/Studio Assistant

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable yogis to join our little family. This gives you an opportunity to earn free classes, drink tea, and be a part of our extended yoga family. It gives us a pool of fabulously talented folks.

Prior customer service, retail or sales experience is a must, as is the ability to work flexibly. If you love yoga, if you’re a friendly, outgoing, team player who possesses strong computer and organisational skills, and if you can make a commitment for a minimum of 6 months, then we'd love to hear from you!

Marketing Assistance

as part of our marketing campaign to promote the Whitespace Studio, we are looking for Flyering Volunteers

A number of yogis to hand out postcards at train stations / local shops and businesses. Leafleting sessions will be in 2 to 3 hour "chunks" and be exchanged for  free yoga classes. If you’re friendly, down to earth and passionate about yoga, then get in touch.

Your Studio Needs You!  Studio advocates wanted to help spread the word

if you love yoga just as much we do, then perhaps you cab help us spread the word about our gem of a studio - what better way to get the message out there than through our biggest fans! If you’re a happy customer working in the Milton Keynes area and want to help support the studio, we’d be interested in hearing from you.

Help can range from posting up a few leaflets at work, to emailing colleagues, getting us involved with your Staff Benefits dept and any other bright ideas you can come up with.  If you’re interested in sending out some positive energy and joining the team, then get in touch. . Let the good karma commence!

Teachers

join our exciting, diverse and supportive community of yoga teachers. While we primarily
hire graduates of BWY and YA, tenured, experienced, proven yoga teachers of other lineages and recognised styles are always welcome and encouraged to apply. We prefer teachers who are comfortable teaching various styles of yoga to all levels of student and who are committed to ongoing education.

Whitespace Yoga is here to take the stress out of being a Yoga teacher by taking care of the business management side for you – from bookings and finance to sales and marketing.

You must be passionate about yoga, have an in-depth knowledge and awareness, along with an ability to deliver engaging and responsive classes – really meeting the needs of each student whilst nurturing and stimulating your own development. If you’re friendly, down to earth and passionate about making yoga a career, then get in touch.

 Skilled Tradesfolk Work/Trade Opportunity

are you looking for a way to use your day job in exchange for yoga classes? Whitespace is looking for skilled business and tradesfolk - anything from carpenters to IT and marketing professionals - willing to swap their handiness for yoga.

If you are interested or have another skill you'd like to offer in trade, please contact Deborah and we will work out a fair hourly rate for your time. Doing work/trade at Whitespace Yoga gives you an opportunity to earn some credit for yoga classes, drink tea and be a part of our extended yoga family, and it gives us a pool of fabulously talented folks to turn to when we need a little extra help. If you have time that you would like to trade for yoga credit, then you are in the right place.
