Our studio is a hidden gem tucked away in one of the beautiful, character buildings in St Paul's Court. As soon as you walk through the front door, the light pretty studio with its huge windows and beautiful décor has an immediate calming influence on the mind and provides the perfect environment to practice and teach in.

It is far removed from the frenetic style gym environment, yet it is upbeat and quirky, appealing to all ages and lifestyles. With two spacious and light studios, a relaxing changing and reception area, set in a peaceful and tranquil court yard, it is the perfect place for you to come and teach. Conveniently located on the Stony Stratford High St and easily accessible from the A5, we have plenty of FREE parking and are convenient to all public transportation.

We have two beautiful rooms for hire at Whitespace:

Studio 1 - light with high ceilings and plenty of room for larger workshops including those involving dance - up to forty people on yoga mats and around twenty people for free movement . This number could increase to up to fifty for a sit down workshop or concert.

Studio 2 - light with high ceilings, holds up to twenty people on yoga mats, fifteen for a sit down workshop or is suitable for therapies and one to ones with potential to hold intimate movement based classes for six.


Please contact us for further details of prices and availability. We offer special rates for block bookings and for half day/full day hire. We welcome visits to view the wonderful space by appointment.

All rooms must be paid for at the time of booking and prices are subject to advanced payment and signed room hire agreement. Bookings once made can be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the event. After these times, fees are non- refundable. A £5 admin charge is made in the case of hourly bookings and 50% charge in the case of full or half day.
