Mindfulness Taster – Dip your toe in … A taster session to find out a little more about Mindfulness and the many benefits it can bring you. Learn some Mindfulness techniques, discuss and reflect on these practices and take home an understanding of how to find more satisfaction in life and deal with particular issues such as stress, depression, chronic pain and illness.
8 Week Mindfulness Life Skills Course – Delve a lot deeper … Learn several Mindfulness techniques and practices, with space for reflection and discussion. With an emphasis on providing a space for your Mindfulness practice to unfold. To gain maximum benefit, participants are encouraged to commit to a 45 minute home practice each day whilst on this course using the handbook and CDs provided.
Intro to Mindfulness 4wk Course – Want to learn but short on time? Our 4wk course is great for those people who want to gain the benefits of Mindfulness but are perhaps short on time or unable to commit to the 8 Week course.
Staying Mindful Practice Group – Develop and fine tune … An opportunity to meet once a month, to practice together, refresh, develop and fine tune your practice. Open to anyone who has attended the Intro to Mindfulness, 8 Week Course or Mindfulness Immersion.
