Boost Your Practice for Summer!

Summer’s in the air (woop-woop), can you feel it? We spend most of the year yearning for these long and warm sunny days, so let’s make the most of them as they can flash by quicker than we can say namaste.

It’s tempting to let our practice slip as the pub garden is calling, but regularly coming to class will help you stay on track and maybe make that G&T taste even better!! Have some fun in one of our workshops (or playshops!) or really treat yourself to some well-deserved me-time at one of our wonderful retreats with Deborah.

Whatever you get up to, keep moving, stay fresh and enjoy yourself (we know you will!) We look forward to seeing your flip-flops real soon!

Peace Pagoda is returning on Sunday 13th August. 

Last year was SO much fun! We’d love to see so many of you join us again for this year’s free outdoor class. So grab your glitter sparkly pants and we’ll see you there!

 

 

Studio Opening Hours Update 

The studio will be closed all afternoons from 1pm and will open 20 minutes before the first evening class. One of our lovely team will still be available to answer your questions by phone 01908566610.
